Can I charge the device internationally?
Generally yes. The smart case is designed for USB-C charging. You can use any cell phone charger with a USB-C connection.

Can I fly on an airplane with this product? Can it be stowed in my luggage?
Yes, it is small and conveniently sized to carry on the move. It does have a Lithium-ion battery that may get flagged by TSA so make sure that you carry it with you in the cabin luggage (not the check in luggage).

How do I know when the Asesso GrindGuard has been sanitized?
Every time the Asesso GrindGuard is placed inside the Asesso smart dock, the in-built UV-C LED lights will disinfect the mouth guard automatically. Just make sure that the LEDs light up when you place the GrindGuard back on the dock. If it does not, hold it down with your hands until the LEDs light up.

How often do I need to charge the Asesso Sensor?
The Asesso Smart Dock is designed to automatically charge the Sensor as soon as it is placed in position. Make sure that the Sensor is placed in the right orientation, matching the 3 gold pins on the dock with those on the Sensor.
As soon as the sensor is securely placed on the smart dock, it will automatically activate Bluetooth. You can open the Asesso Health App and sync all the data at this time. It’s always a good idea to keep the Asesso Sensor in the Smart Dock at all times, when not in use.

How should I clean my Asesso GrindGuard?
After every use, wash the GrindGuard with warm / mild hot temperature water. Feel free to use your toothbrush to clean the inside of the mouth guard. Once it is clean, dry the mouth guard thoroughly before putting it back in the Asesso Smart Dock.

Is the Asesso Smart Dock waterproof?
The Smart Dock is not waterproof, although it may be able to remove small amounts of excess moisture/water droplets. Make sure that you dry the Grind Guard before placing it on the dock. Do NOT place a dripping mouthguard in the without wart Dock. For best hygienic results, thoroughly wash your Grind Guard after every use.

What happens if my UV light in the smart case is only partially working?
We will replace the charging case for free if it’s under the warranty period. If it is out of warranty, call customer support and we will try to make it worth your while.
